Haptic Rabbit Applications (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") built Rabbit Forge Lite (the "App") as a mobile companion to the Rabbit Forge Desktop application, for creating and managing Customers, Company Setup, Quotes, and Invoices. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
If you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, via our authentication provider, Supabase. You may also choose to use the App without an account ("Use on this device only"), in which case no account information is collected and your data stays only on your device.
1.2 Business data you enter
To provide the App's core functionality, we store the information you enter, including:
Customer records (name, contact person, email, phone, address, VAT/registration number, payment terms)
Company Setup details (company name, address, contact details, banking details, VAT/tax settings, logo)
Quotes and Invoices you create, including line items and amounts
This data is stored locally on your device, and — if you sign in — synced to our cloud database (via Supabase) so it's available across your devices and the Rabbit Forge Desktop app.
1.3 Advertising identifiers
The App shows ads via Google AdMob after certain actions (generating a Quote or Invoice PDF). AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and related technical information to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details on how Google handles this data.
1.4 Purchase information
If you purchase "Remove Ads," the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details — we only receive confirmation that the purchase was completed, so we can disable ads on your account.
2. How We Use Information
Provide the App's core features (Customers, Quotes, Invoices, Company Setup) — using the business data you enter.
Authenticate you and sync your data across devices — using your email address and business data.
Show and measure advertising — using your advertising ID.
Process the Remove Ads purchase — using purchase confirmation via Google Play Billing.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored locally on your device, and — if you sign in — in our Supabase-hosted cloud database, which uses encryption in transit and at rest. Access to cloud data is restricted to your authenticated account.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Supabase — authentication and cloud data storage. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.

Google Play Billing — in-app purchases. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Data Deletion
You can permanently delete all your data — on your device and in the cloud — at any time using the Reset All Data option in the App (accessible from the account menu on the home screen). This requires typed confirmation and cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App, and as required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
